TAG’s biggest asset is its people.

Our firm’s success is the result of individuals with unique skills working together to create a value chain to the benefit of our clients. Our professional staff is equipped with multi-disciplinary skills to ensure the best possible advice to the unique challenges facing our clients’ business.

We consider ourselves people orientated, focusing on the individual. Our firm’s size and relative flat organizational structure allows us the benefit of getting to know our staff, harnessing their individual talents to make the collective effort a success.

TAG invests in the professional career development of its staff, whether these are in our professional services divisions or support staff. Continued professional development is a key ingredient in ensuring that our staff not only stay abreast with the latest developments but also fosters a culture of learning and self improvement.

With an average age grouping of 27, the culture within the firm is young and vibrant with motivated individuals striving to make the most of their careers.

We realize that work is not always just “work” and that a team develops around the social interaction as well. TAG has a social club managed by trainee accountants that organizes fun activities and social events throughout the year.
